LAKEFRONT RESORT POLICIES
**We
require a 1 night deposit to hold reservation at the time
the reservation is made.
**Cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks before your
scheduled arrival. And your deposit will be refunded Later
cancellations will be refunded only if we can rebook for the
entire length of reservation.
**Early departures will be handled as cancellations and
refunded only if the room nights are rebooke
**We do
take pets with a $7.00 per night charge. The owner accepts
responsibility to keep the pets off furniture and beds, walk
them on a leash in designated area, pick up after them and
do not leave them unattended unless in a carrier. A cell
phone number will be required in case the dog (s) start
barking.
**Check in
time is anytime after 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
**Payment
in full is due upon arrival. Guests are responsible for all
days reserved. If you have any questions about your room,
our polices, our location, or our amentias please ask. We
will be glad to answer your questions.
